By accessing Gistful, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website or any related services provided by Space Cadet d.o.o.

We, Space Cadet d.o.o., reserve the right to review and amend these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect from the date of publication.

Limitations of Use

• scrape, crawl, or bulk export Gistful content except as expressly allowed by us; or
• use Gistful in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to Space Cadet d.o.o. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license automatically terminates if you violate these restrictions or these Terms of Service, and may be terminated by Space Cadet d.o.o. at any time.

Podcast Sources and Third-Party Content

Gistful provides short, structured, source-linked briefs for selected business podcast episodes. Podcast names, episode titles, artwork, audio, transcripts, guest names, show descriptions, and other source materials belong to their respective owners.

Gistful does not claim ownership of third-party podcast content. Briefs are intended to help users discover, evaluate, search, and navigate original episodes, not to replace the original audio or creator-provided materials.

Account Registration

To access certain features of Gistful, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, promptly update your account information if it changes, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@gistful.co if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, appear compromised, or violate these terms.

Briefs, Search, and Accuracy

Gistful turns long-form podcast content into searchable written briefs, timestamps, tags, recommendations, and related navigation features. The service may contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, transcription errors, or editorial judgments you disagree with.

Gistful is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You should verify important claims against the original source and other reliable materials before making decisions.

Subscription and Payment

Gistful may offer subscription plans with different pricing tiers, limits, and features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved. We may change pricing upon 30 days' written notice, and your continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time, with changes taking effect according to the billing rules shown in the product or checkout flow.

Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

Each plan may include limits on followed shows, brief access, search, processing priority, exports, or other features. You agree not to bypass these limits through multiple accounts, automation, scraping, credential sharing, or other abuse.

We may throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for accounts that create security risk, operational harm, payment risk, or rights-holder concerns.

Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of Gistful at any time, with or without notice, including changes to shows, episode availability, briefs, timestamps, search features, plan limits, and pricing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related communications by email, including account notifications, product updates, billing confirmations, and policy notices. Marketing communications require separate opt-in where required, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Liability

Gistful and the materials on Gistful are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Space Cadet d.o.o. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Space Cadet d.o.o. or its suppliers be liable for consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use Gistful, even if Space Cadet d.o.o. or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials and Links

The materials appearing on Gistful are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. Space Cadet d.o.o. does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of materials on this website or on any resources linked from this website.

Space Cadet d.o.o. is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by Space Cadet d.o.o.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use Gistful and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these terms.

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder is not affected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
