Refund Policy

We aim to make subscription changes and refund requests clear and simple.

If you are looking to return or cancel a purchase, we offer refund requests within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Conditions of Return

Gistful is a subscription-based software service. Subscription fees may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if your account activity during that billing period is consistent with evaluating the product and does not show heavy usage, abuse, scraping, bulk export, or violation of our Terms of Service.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless required by law or approved by us in writing.

Refund requests should be submitted to hello@gistful.co within 30 days of the original charge.

Return Process

To request a refund, email us at hello@gistful.co with your account details and the reason for your request. Our support team will review your request and assist with next steps.

Refunds

After receiving your request and reviewing your account, we will process approved refunds. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your request for the refund to be processed.
